TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE

The Erving Town Clerk’s office consists of one elected Town Clerk and one appointed Assistant. 

The Town Clerk is the Chief Election Official, Recording Officer, Registrar of Vital Statistics, Public Records Officer, Licensing Officer, and Public Information Officer.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and
          Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

The Town Clerk and Assistant Town Clerk, during hours of operation, are available for dog licensing, marriage certificates, death certificates, birth certificates and voter registration.

Certified certificates (marriage, birth, death) are $5.00 per certificate.
