The Erving Town Clerk’s office consists of one elected Town Clerk and one appointed Assistant.

The Town Clerk is the Chief Election Official, Recording Officer, Registrar of Vital Statistics, Public Records Officer, Licensing Officer, and Public Information Officer.

The Town Clerk and Assistant Town Clerk, during hours of operation, are available for dog licensing, marriage certificates, death certificates, birth certificates and voter registration.

Certified copies (marriage, birth, death) are $5.00 per certificate.

Dog licenses can be obtained obtained at Town Hall OR you can now apply for a dog license online by completing, printing and mailing in with your payment:

Hobby Kennel License: $30.00

Kennel License (up to 4 dogs): $40.00
Kennel License (up to 10 dogs): $75.00
Kennel License (11 or more dogs): $125.00

Transfer Tags: $1.00
